AGREEMENT FOR LIMITED REPRESENTATION, ADVICE AND LEGAL SERVICES BETWEEN YOU (THE CLIENT) AND NHVIRTUALLAW.COM (THE FIRM)

We (the Firm) agree to provide limited representation to you (the client), you understand and agree that we do not have to provide any more help or services then what have been contracted for by your purchase of the requested service. 

The extent of our representation to you is governed exclusively by what you have purchased through this site and the fee for said services has been paid by you, by your credit card through our website and said fee is the full fee charged for the requested services.

The Firm’s agreement to advise you begins at the time you accept this completed Agreement for Limited Representation and Legal Services and we have received payment of your fee and verified your eligibility through a conflict check. This Agreement will end after we have provided you wit the task or service that you purchased.

You understand that we do not have to help with any other part of your case unless it is expressly agreed, in writing, to undertake those services.

If we prepare a document for you, and it requires filing, recording or other such action, you have agreed to take responsibility for having the document filed properly and in compliance with any legal procedure, according to the instructions that we provide to you. Court costs, filing fees and service of process fees will be paid entirely by you to the appropriate court, agency or department. You also understand and agree that you are responsible to pay any other costs associated with your case and that you are proceeding as a pro se litigant.

We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome. We have made no further investigation of the facts and we rely entirely on you to provide us with the facts of your situation.

By affirmatively accepting this Agreement, an attorney/client relationship is created. This means that all communications with you will remain confidential and we may decline to give you advice if we have a conflict of interest. For example, if we find that we have already advised your spouse or business partner on a matter, or for any other reason set forth in the New Hampshire Rules of Professional Conduct we will decline representation of you.

By accepting this agreement you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and consent to our LIMITED REPRESENTATION of you and understand what it says. As the firm’s client you agree that the legal services, as specified by your purchase through this website, are the only legal help that the firm will provide to you.

You understand and agree that: The firm and lawyer assigned, as applicable, is helping you with these services, is not your lawyer for any other purpose and does not have to give you any more legal help; 

That the firm and lawyer assigned is not promising any particular outcome;

Because of the limited services to be provided, the firm and lawyer assigned has limited the investigation of the facts to that necessary to carry out the identified tasks, as specified by your purchase, with competence and in compliance with court rules;    

If the lawyer assigned goes to court with you, the lawyer does not have to help you afterwards, unless agreed to in writing between you and the firm;

It is your responsibility for filing any legal documents and proceeding as a pro se litigant.

You agree that all telephone numbers and addresses, including email addresses, provided in completing your purchase of services is your true, and accurate addresses where you can be reached. You understand that it is important that the firm, opposing party and the court handling your case, if applicable, be able to reach you at these addresses. You therefore agree that you will inform the firm or any Court or opposing party, if applicable, of any change to these addresses.
